One half of the incredible duo behind Squeeze, Chris Difford, is back with his second solo album. Hot off the heels of a Squeeze reunion tour, Chris hit the studios and came up with a laregly ambling, all over the map album of awkward rhymes and occasionally catchy tunes. The album is co-written and co-performed by Boo Hewerdine. Lyrically, you can definitely tell Chris Difford penned these tracks -- they cover all conceivable topics, from weight gain, to his mother's handbag, to the topic of a reverse vasectomy. Quite odd, Chris, quite odd.. but my toes were tapping on a few tracks nonetheless!Favorite tracks: 6. The Other Man in my Life, 10. Reverso
